Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to plan package purchases made through Vivophpoweriu. We aim to provide clear and fair terms for refunds and cancellations related to our micro-training platform subscriptions.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at contactus@vivophpoweriu.world or calling +1 276 722 0584 during business hours. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to plan features until that date.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Request submitted within 14 days of the initial purchase date.
  • The account has not exceeded reasonable usage thresholds as defined at purchase.
  • The request includes your account email and order reference number.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscription periods that have already been fully consumed.
  • Purchases made more than 14 days prior to the refund request.
  • Partial-month usage after the 14-day window has passed.

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. You will receive email confirmation when the refund is initiated. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

6. Plan Changes

If you wish to upgrade or downgrade your plan tier, contact our team. Plan changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Digital Content

Our plan packages provide access to digital content and platform tools. By accessing the archive or configuration features, you acknowledge receipt of the digital service. Refund eligibility may be affected by the extent of platform access used.

8. Disputes

If you disagree with a refund decision, contact us with additional details. We will review your case and respond within 5 business days with our determination and explanation.
